Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our handmade goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating your customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.

EXCHANGE




CLOTHING EXCHANGE

We accept exchanges within 14 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged apparel. If the item we receive is damaged or worn, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange. 

ACCESSORIES EXCHANGE: 

We currently do Not conduct exchanges for online orders, but if you have any problems with your items, please contact us at support@amenandink.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

DEFECTS:

We aim to get it right the first time, which is why we inspect each product 3-4 times through our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at support@amenandink.com with you order # and a photo of the product in question to open a conversation on how we can make this right. 


AMEN & INK LLC.  are not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by shipping couriers
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service 
  • PO box issues 
  • Stolen packages after delivery
